Brand Strategy & Digital Platform for a Visionary Tourism Concept

About the Project

GalaxiPark is a future-oriented tourism and innovation concept in Dalmatia,
blending sustainability, technology and community living - inspired by Nikola Tesla.
I worked closely with the founder to translate a visionary idea into a clearly positioned brand and a scalable digital platform.

The Challenge

GalaxiPark was an ambitious idea — but it needed:
• A clear mission and vision
• Emotional differentiation within a saturated tourism market
• Defined lifestyle-based target groups
• A coherent brand language
• A structured digital architecture capable of explaining a complex concept

The core question:
How do you communicate a future-oriented tourism ecosystem in a way that feels emotional, human and credible, while including the historical person Nikola Tesla?

Strategic Foundation Mission & Vision


Together with the CEO, I defined GalaxiPark’s core mission and long-term vision — positioning it not as a traditional resort, but as a future-oriented ecosystem combining innovation, sustainability and belonging.

Emotional Brand Positioning

Using the WUNDER Emotion framework, we mapped the brand’s emotional profile to define its core drivers.
Key emotional pillars:
• Innovation
• Creativity
• Freedom
• Sustainability
• Harmony
These insights shaped the brand narrative, tone of voice and visual direction.

Target Audience & Market Positioning

Instead of demographic segmentation, I developed four lifestyle-based audience groups aligned with the emotional strategy and interests in:
• Technology
• Remote work & coworking community
• Sustainable travel
Positioning was further refined through regional tourism research and evolving travel trends.

I developed a comprehensive brand system including:
• Brand essence & positioning
• Visual identity (color system, typography, imagery guidelines)
• Tone of voice framework
• CTA logic & micro-copy variations
• Social media and communication templates

Additionally, I structured and formatted the GalaxiPark book to ensure strategic and visual consistency across digital and print.
