About the Project

Casa Anno 1885 is a boutique guest house located in the vineyards of Istria.
The project focused on developing a clear brand foundation — translating the owners’ vision and the atmosphere of the place into a coherent identity and communication strategy.

The Goals:

• Launching an Instagram presence
• Strengthen brand awareness
• Position Casa Anno 1885 as a “hidden gem” and exclusive retreat
• Promote authentic experiences and events
• Support booking generation through social media

Emotional Positioning & Target Audience

The project began with conversations with the guesthouse owner to understand their vision.

Using the WUNDER Emotion Graph, these insights were translated into core brand emotions.

I defined target groups based on:
